摘要: 综采工作面超前支护技术直接影响着矿井的安全和效益。为了探索综采工作面超前支护中存在的问题, 通过
分析综采工作面应力分布特征和中国超前支护技术现状, 发现超前支护工序中存在矿山应力集中、劳动强度大、支护设
备效率低和危险性高等不利因素。在分析超前液压支架支护技术特征的基础上, 展望了5G 通信+物联网+大数据技术应
用于综采工作面超前支护方面的发展方向。

Stress Characteristics and Advanced Support Technology of Fully Mechanized

Abstract: The advanced support technology of fully mechanized mining face directly affects the safety and efficiency of the mine.
By analyzing the stress distribution characteristics of fully mechanized mining faces and the current status of advanced support
technology in China, it was found that there are unfavorable factors in the advanced support process, such as concentrated mine
stress, high labor intensity, low efficiency of support equipment, and high risk. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of
advanced hydraulic support technology, the development direction of 5G communication+Internet of Things+big data technology
applied in advanced support of fully mechanized mining faces was prospected.
