1301 综采工作面智能化系统运行设置探究

摘要: 针对玉溪煤矿1301 综采工作面生产过程、开采系统、地质环境, 通过对现有综采工作面智能控制系统的探
究, 总结出了综采工作面智能化生产模式, 重点介绍了智能化工作面主要应用技术、应用效果及存在的问题。通过玉溪
煤矿厚煤层智能化无人开采的试验, 证明了在地质条件较差的矿井, 智能化开采还需要更加成熟和稳定的技术来克服井
下恶劣环境; 在地质条件较好的工作面, 智能化开采有较大的应用价值。

Operation Settings of Intelligent System for 1301 Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: Based on the production process, mining system, and geological environment of the 1301 fully mechanized mining face
in Yuxi Coal Mine, this paper explored the existing intelligent control system of the fully mechanized mining face, summarized the
intelligent production mode of the fully mechanized mining face, and focused on introducing the main application technologies,
application effects, and existing problems of the intelligent working face. The experiment of intelligent unmanned mining of thick
coal seams in Yuxi Coal Mine has proven that in mines with poor geological conditions, intelligent mining still requires more
mature and stable technologies to overcome the harsh underground environment; in working faces with good geological conditions,
intelligent mining has great application value.
