刮板输送机断链故障原因及预防措施研究

摘要： 随着中国科学技术和经济发展的日益加速， 社会各个领域对煤炭资源的需求量持续增长。这种形势要求中国
煤矿企业在开采和运输过程中提高效率， 以满足市场的需求。作为煤矿开采过程中广泛应用的重要运输工具， 刮板输送
机在很大程度上提高了煤矿企业的开采效率。为了提高煤矿企业的整体运输效率， 应当对刮板输送机进行严格的维护管
理和故障预防。在此过程中， 对刮板输送机的断链故障进行分析尤为关键， 因为这种故障会严重影响输送机的正常工作
和运输速度。只有深入了解刮板输送机的工作原理和结构特点， 才能更好地预防和处理断链故障， 提高整体运输效率。

Reasons and Preventive Measures for Chain Breakage Fault of Scraper Conveyors

Abstract: With the accelerating development of science, technology, and economy in China, the demand for coal resources in
various fields of society continues to grow. This situation requires Chinese coal mining enterprises to improve efficiency in the
mining and transportation processes to meet market demand. As an important transportation tool widely used in coal mining,
scraper conveyors have greatly improved the mining efficiency of coal mining enterprises. In order to improve the overall
transportation efficiency of coal mining enterprises, strict maintenance management and fault prevention should be carried out on
scraper conveyors. During this process, the analysis of chain breakage faults of the scraper conveyor is particularly crucial, as
such faults can seriously affect the normal operation and transportation speed of the conveyor. Only by deeply understanding the
working principle and structural characteristics of scraper conveyors can we better prevent and solve chain breakage faults and
improve overall transportation efficiency.
