铝土矿开采矿柱参数数值模拟分析

摘要: 矿柱参数的合理设置对煤下铝土矿安全高效开发利用至关重要。以山西娄烦铝矿Ⅲ号铝土矿矿体开采系统为
工程背景, 通过理论分析和数值模拟相结合的研究方法, 对铝土矿矿柱参数进行合理设计分析。研究结果表明: 房柱法
开采煤下铝土矿时, 合理设置矿柱参数可在实现保护煤层的同时高效开发铝土矿资源; 随着矿柱宽度和间距的增大, 矿
柱承载应力及顶板位移量增大。研究结果可用于铝土矿矿柱尺寸设计, 探究矿柱尺寸与矿柱应力分布的关系, 能为山西
省铝土矿高效开发利用提供理论支撑。

Numerical Simulation of Pillar Size Parameter Setting for Bauxite Mining

Abstract: The rational setting of pillar size parameters is crucial for the safe and efficient development and utilization of
underground bauxite deposits. Taking the mining system of No.III bauxite deposit of the aluminium ore in Loufan of Shanxi as the
engineering context, by employing a research methodology that combines theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the
rational design and analysis of pillar size parameters for bauxite deposits were conducted. The research findings indicate that when
using the room-and-pillar method to mine underground bauxite deposits, the rational setting of pillar size parameters enables the
simultaneous protection of the coal seam and efficient development of bauxite resources; moreover, as the pillar size parameters
and spacing parameters increase, both the pillar's bearing stress and roof displacement increase correspondingly. The results of the
study can be used for the design of bauxite pillar size, explore the relationship between pillar size and pillar stress distribution,
and can provide theoretical support for the efficient development and utilization of bauxite in Shanxi Province.
