摘要: 针对目前中煤平朔集团有限公司煤矿井下综采工作面采煤机的使用状况, 如前期进口采煤机数量大、配件昂
贵、维修费用高、自动化水平没有升级等弊端, 在进口采煤机艾柯夫SL 750 基础上进行智能化升级改造, 对一些重要原
配件实现国产化替代, 增加匹配智能化控制系统(如增装位置、倾斜、识别等智能传感器), 从而降低采煤机维修费用,
提高整机电气性能、设备稳定性和安全可靠性。通过国产智能化升级改造, 可实现采煤机远程控制和煤机自动记忆割煤
功能, 达到减人提效、高产高效, 将大幅提升采煤机的安全性能, 为煤矿安全高效生产提供有力保障, 为中国建设智能
化数字矿山打下坚实的基础。

Efficient Application of Intelligent Transformation on Shearer in Fully Mechanized
Mining Face

Abstract: In view of the current use of the shearers at the underground fully mechanized mining face in the coal mine of China
Coal Pingshuo Group Co., Ltd., such as the drawbacks of large number of imported shearers in the early stage, expensive
accessories, high maintenance costs, no upgrade of automation level, etc., intelligent upgrading and transformation were carried out
on the basis of the imported shearer Eickhoff SL 750, and some important original accessories were replaced domestically,
matching intelligent control systems were added (such as adding intelligent sensors for position, tilt, recognition, etc.) to reduce
maintenance costs of coal mining machines, improve overall electrical performance, equipment stability, and safety reliability.
Through domestic intelligent upgrading and transformation, remote control of coal mining machines and automatic memory coal
cutting functions can be achieved, achieving reduced personnel and increased efficiency, high production and efficiency. This will
greatly improve the safety performance of coal mining machines, provide strong guarantees for safe and efficient production in coal
mines, and lay a solid foundation for the construction of intelligent digital mines in China.
