秸秆收储运模式对运输成本的影响

摘要:以乌鲁木齐市为例,选取了10 个储运点,分析不同秸秆收储运模式的特点,寻找经济可行的收储运模
式,提升秸秆生物质的利用率。结果表明:秸秆运输成本占秸秆生物质燃料成本的比例较大;模式一适用于秸秆
储存量不大、运输距离较近的收储运点;模式二对距离较远、储量小的收储运点较为适合;模式三适用于储量大
的收储运点,收集快,运输距离短。3 种模式各有利弊,应针对不同的地点选用最合适的方法。储量小,选择模
式一;储量大,选择模式三;距离远,选择模式二。

Impact of Straw Collecting, Storage and Transportation Modes on
Transportation Costs

Abstract: Taking Urumqi City as an example, 10 storage and transportation points were selected to analyze the
characteristics of different straw collecting, storage and transportation modes, and to find economically feasible collecting,
storage and transportation modes to improve the utilization rate of straw biomass. The results show that the transportation
cost of straw accounts for a large proportion of the cost of straw biomass fuel; mode 1 is suitable for collecting, storage,
and transportation points with small straw storage capacity and close transportation distance; mode 2 is more suitable for
collecting, storage and transportation points that are far away and have small reserves; mode 3 is suitable for storage and
transportation points with large reserves, with fast collection and short transportation distance. Each of the three modes has
its own advantages and disadvantages, and the most suitable method should be selected for different locations. For low
reserve, select mode 1; for large reserves, select mode 3; for long distance, select mode 2.
