华阳一矿掘进工作面喷浆机制浆降尘技术研究

摘要:为解决锚网喷工作面喷浆作业产尘量较大的问题,通过理论分析、实验研究、工业实践等方法进行喷浆
机降尘技术研究,设计采用刮板输送机控制下料期间的粉尘,采用控尘罩控制制浆期间的粉尘,通过实验确定最
佳抽吸参数;分析影响湿式除尘器除尘效率的因素,得到了过滤网孔径、喷雾气水比等最佳参数。将设计的喷浆
机控尘系统在华阳一矿81214 掘进工作面进行了工业应用,总体除尘效率在96%以上,应用效果良好。

Slurrying and Dust Removal Technology of Spraying Machine in Driving Face
of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the large amount of dust produced during the shotcrete operation of the anchor
net spraying working face, the dust control technology of the spraying machine was studied by theoretical analysis,
experimental research and industrial practice. The dust during the blanking period was controlled by the scraper conveyor
and the dust during the pulping period was controlled by the dust control hood, and the optimal suction parameters were
determined by experiments. The factors affecting the dust removal effect of the wet dust collector were analyzed, and the
best parameters such as filter screen aperture and spray gas-water ratio were obtained. The dust control system designed
for the spraying machine was applied to the 81214 driving face of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine. The overall dust removal
efficiency was above 96%, and the application effect was good.
