煤矿智能化开采技术现状及展望

摘要:煤矿智能化是实现煤炭行业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,是煤炭行业发展的必由之路。通过分析国内外
智能化开采的研究现状,总结煤炭智能化开采取得的成果,分析智能化开采中的关键技术,包括煤矿地理信息系
统、煤岩识别技术、工作面自动取直技术、机器人技术等。探讨了制约煤矿智能化发展的关键因素,从煤矿开
采、数据通信、煤矿安全、煤矿机器人4 个方面进行了展望。

Present Situation and Prospect of Intelligent Mining Technology in Coal Mines

Abstract: Coal mine intelligence is the core technical support for achieving high -quality development of the coal
industry, and is the only way forward for the development of the coal industry. By analyzing the research status of
intelligent mining at home and abroad, the achievements of intelligent coal mining were summarized, and the key
technologies in intelligent mining of working faces were analyzed, including coal mine geographic information system, coal
and rock identification technology, automatic straightening technology of working faces and robot technology. The key
factors restricting the development of intelligent coal mines were discussed from the aspects of intelligent equipment,
intelligent technology and intelligent talents. It was looked forward from four aspects, including coal mining, data
communication, coal mine safety and coal mine robots.
