大倾角工作面液压支架防倒防滑装置的改进研究

摘要：针对山西晋能控股集团晋圣矿业投资有限公司三沟鑫都煤业ZF12000/23/35H 型液压支架在大倾角工作
面应用时易发生下滑、倾倒等安全事故，分别对该液压支架防倒防滑装置顶梁和底座进行了结构设计，配合刮板
输送机前后溜，形成完整的适合大倾角工作面支护的防倒防滑装置。主要对大倾角工作面液压支架防倒防滑装置
的改进进行了研究。

Abstract: In response to the safety accidents such as sliding and tilting that are prone to occur when using the ZF12000/
23/35H hydraulic support of Sangou Xindu Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Jinsheng Mining Investment Co., Ltd., Shanxi Jinneng
Holding Group in large angle working faces, the top beam and base of the anti-overturning and anti-slipping device of the
hydraulic support were designed, and combined with the scraper conveyor to slide forward and backward, a complete antioverturning
and anti-slipping device suitable for supporting large angle working faces was formed. The improvement of the
anti-overturning and anti-slipping device for hydraulic supports in large angle working faces was mainly studied.
