煤矿智能化液压支架控制系统研究

摘要:煤矿智能化开采是煤炭行业未来发展的重要方向。智能化开采的关键技术之一是智能化液压支架控制,
其主要作用是实现煤矿井下集控、地面远控,保障煤矿自动化生产。重点分析了智能化液压支架控制系统的配
置,主要包括液压支架电液控制系统、工作面视频监控系统、工作面人员定位系统、工作面自动找直系统、工作
面智能化集中控制系统等。可以为煤矿智能化提供一定的技术参考。

Intelligent Hydraulic Support Control System in Coal Mines

Abstract: Intelligent mining of coal mines is an important direction for the future development of coal industry. One of the
key technologies of intelligent mining is the intelligent hydraulic support control, the main function of which is to realize
the underground centralized control and surface remote control of coal mines to ensure the automatic production of coal
mines. The configuration of intelligent hydraulic support control system was mainly analyzed, including electro-hydraulic
control system of hydraulic supports, working face video monitoring system, working face personnel positioning system,
working face automatic alignment system, and intelligent centralized control system of working faces. It can provide some
technical reference for the intelligent coal mine.
