新型超前支护液压支架在运输顺槽的应用

摘要：为解决1311 工作面运输顺槽超前段单体柱+仔型梁支护工序烦琐、支护强度低、支护速度慢、劳动强度
大、安全性差等诸多问题，引进ZQL 2×3000/27/55 型超前支架并进行现场工业性试验。试验结果表明：ZQL 2×
3000/27/55 型超前支架初撑力达31.5 MPa，可对运输顺槽超前段顶板构成有效支撑，完成一次降架、推移、升架
动作循环仅需7 ～ 8 min，完全满足井下快速推进的需求，全年节省乳化油和人工费用3.18 × 10⁵元，社会和经济
效益显著。

Application of New-type Hydraulic Support in Advanced Support of
Transportation Trough

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as the cumbersome process, low support strength, slow support speed, high
labor intensity and poor safety of transporting single column + 仔beam in the advanced section of the 1311 working face,
ZQL 2×3000/27/55 advanced support was introduced, and on-site industrial testing was conducted. The test results
indicated that the initial support force of the ZQL 2×3000/27/55 type advanced support reached 31.5 MPa, which can
effectively support the transportation of the roof in the advanced section of the trough; it only takes 7 - 8 min to complete
a cycle of lowering, pushing, and lifting actions, fully meeting the demand for rapid underground propulsion; it saved
3.18 ×10⁵ yuan in emulsified oil and labor costs throughout the year, with significant social and economic benefits.
