基于ARM 处理的提升机变频调速系统在坡底煤业的应用

摘要:针对坡底煤业提升机系统故障率高、后期维护不便等现状,设计了基于ARM (Advanced RISC Machine,
精简指令微处理器) 处理的提升机变频调速系统,并对现场调速控制、工况状态监测及反馈等功能进行了现场试
验。试验结果表明:输出电压、电流波形曲线比较光滑、平稳,说明电压电流对于速度的变化做出了较好的响
应,驱动电机能够正常工作,具有优良的调速性能,能够满足矿井提升要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of the hoist system in Podi Coal Industry Co., Ltd., such as high failure rate and
inconvenient maintenance in the later period, a frequency conversion speed regulation system of the hoist based on ARM
(Advanced RISC Machine)processing was designed, and field tests were carried out on the functions of on-site speed
regulation control, working condition monitoring and feedback. The test results showed that the output voltage and current
waveform curves were smooth and stable, indicating that the voltage and current made a good response to the change of
speed, the drive motor can work normally, and the speed regulation performance was excellent, which can meet the
requirements of mine lifting.
