摘要: “十四五”期间,国家将进一步深化节能减排工作。面对中国资源紧缺的现状,提倡绿色校园理念刻不容缓。基
于内蒙古A高校供暖现状,结合已有的供暖期相关测试数据,提出了常规换热站吸收式换热器改造的方案。通过对比换热
站改造前后的管网温度、流量、设备投资成本及运行成本,得到使用吸收式换热器在采暖期每年可节约14.39 吨标准煤,
可节约1.151 ×105元,同时可以减少污染物排放,具有良好的环境效益,证实了使用吸收式换热器可降低传热过程中的
不可逆损失,显著具备提升一次网供热能力、节能降耗的特点,为解决现高校规模扩张与供热需求的矛盾以及在北方高
校推广应用吸收式换热器奠定基础。

Feasibility Study of Absorption Heat Exchanger in University A in Inner Mongolia

Abstract: During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China will further deepen the work of energy conservation and emission
reduction. Facing the current situation of resource shortage in China, it is urgent to advocate the concept of green campus. Based
on the heating situation of University A in Inner Mongolia, combined with the existing relevant test data of heating period, the
scheme of adopting absorption heat exchanger transformation for conventional heat exchange station was proposed. By comparing
the network temperature, flow, equipment investment and operation cost of the pipe network before and after the transformation of
the heat exchange station, the application of absorption heat exchanger can save 14.39 t standard coal and 1.151 伊105 yuan per
year, and reduce pollutant emissions at the same time, with good environmental benefits. It was proved that the use of absorption
heat exchanger can reduce the irreversible loss in the process of heat transfer significantly, and it has the characteristics of
increasing the heating capacity of primary network, saving energy and reducing consumption, which lays a foundation for solving
the existing contradiction between supply and demand in universities and the promotion and application in northern universities.
