“双碳”目标下企业能源计量管理与节能降耗研究

摘要: 企业实现能源计量化管理,是以“双碳”发展战略切实落地为前提,企业通过建构专业化能源计量管理机制
与系统,运用多种先进管理方式和技术,达到节能降耗目的,实现绿色发展,从而使能源最大限度地为社会、国际和企
业自身创造经济效益与社会价值。“双碳”目标环境下,中国各能源企业正处于重要的历史转折阶段,尤其是传统的能
源企业,必须立足于新时代能源主要发展趋势,直面能源革命新挑战,抓牢机遇,结合实际能源管理经验,探索节能降
耗发展新路径。以造纸业为例,就“双碳”目标下的能源计量管理、节能降耗有效对策进行探析,仅供参考。

Reduction under "Double Carbon" Goal

Abstract: The implementation of energy metering management by enterprises is based on the implementation of the "double
carbon" development strategy. By constructing a professional energy metering management mechanism and system, utilizing
various advanced management methods and technologies, enterprises achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption
reduction, achieve green development, and maximize the economic benefits and social value of energy for society, the international
community, and the enterprise itself. In the context of the "double carbon" goal environment, various energy enterprises in China
are at an important historical turning point, especially traditional energy enterprises. They must be based on the main development
trends of energy in the new era, face the new challenges of the energy revolution, seize opportunities, and combine practical
energy management experience to explore new paths for energy conservation and consumption reduction development. Taking the
paper industry as an example, this paper explored the effective measures for energy metering management and energy conservation
and consumption reduction under the "double carbon" goal, for reference only.
