无动力风机与光伏互补式物流仓储换气系统设计

摘要: 设计了一套无动力风机与光伏互补式物流仓储换气系统,依靠无动力风机的微风启动能力,在实现排气换气
功能以外驱动发电机转动实现发电,配合加装在仓储场所屋顶上的光伏电池实现互补发电,实现了对太阳能和风能的综
合利用。无动力风机和光伏系统能使仓储通风能耗大幅降低,实现仓储节能,有效降低仓库污染物和粉尘浓度,改善仓
储空气品质,提高工作人员舒适度。

Abstract: In this paper, a set of unpowered fan and photovoltaic complementary logistics storage ventilation system was designed.
It relies on the breeze starting ability of unpowered fan to drive the generator to rotate and generate electricity in addition to the
exhaust ventilation function, and realizes the complementary power generation with photovoltaic cells installed on the roof of the
storage place, thus realizing the comprehensive utilization of solar energy and wind energy. The unpowered fan and photovoltaic
system can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the storage ventilation, effectively reduce the concentration of pollutants and
dust in the warehouse, improve the storage air quality, and improve the comfort of the staff.
