摘要： 介绍了中国新能源电动汽车的发展现状袁借助能耗测算方法和碳排放测算方法，分析新能源电动汽车的节能
减排效应。最后，提出中国新能源电动汽车的发展路径。

Abstract: The development status of new-energy electric vehicles in China was analyzed. With the help of energy consumption
calculation method and carbon emission calculation method, the energy conservation and emission reduction effect of new-energy
electric vehicles was analyzed. Finally, the development paths of new-energy electric vehicles in China were proposed.
