刮板输送机与采煤机协同调速技术研究

摘要: 针对采煤工作面刮板输送机与采煤机的高效协同控制问题,在分析刮板输送机与采煤机现状的基础上,阐述
了刮板输送机与采煤机协同调速技术,具体介绍了其配合工作流程、速度协同系统结构及运行原理遥同时,将模糊PID
控制器(Proportional-Integral-Derivative Controller,比例-积分-微分控制器)运用在控制策略中,确定了控制器的参数,
以实现刮板输送机与采煤机的协同工作。

Collaborative Speed Regulation Technology of Scraper Conveyor and Shearer

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current situation of the efficient collaborative control between the scraper conveyor and
the shearer in the coal mining face, this paper elaborated on the collaborative speed control technology between the scraper conveyor
and the shearer, and specifically introduced its collaborative workflow, speed collaborative system structure, and operating
principle. At the same time, the fuzzy PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller was applied to the control strategy, and the
parameters of the controller were determined to achieve collaborative work between the scraper conveyor and the shearer.
