摘要: 研究了一种基于误差状态方程的采煤机滚筒最优控制调高技术,并将其应用于实际的采煤机滚筒控制中。通
过建立误差状态方程模型和设计最优控制器,实现了对采煤机滚筒高度的调节。实验结果表明,该控制技术能够有效提
高采煤机滚筒的工作效率和质量,具有很高的应用价值。

Shearer Drum Control and Height Adjustment Technology Considering Error State

Abstract: This paper studied an optimal control and height adjustment technology of shearer drum based on error state equation,
and applied it to the actual shearer drum control. By establishing the error state equation model and designing the optimal
controller, the height adjustment of shearer drum was realized. The experimental results show that the control technology can
effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of shearer drum, and has high application value.
