基于关键块破断特征的区段煤柱设计研究

摘要:为了快速确定布尔台煤矿42204 工作面区段煤柱的宽度,通过数值模拟手段,分析了不同关键块体对煤
柱承载特征的影响,结合极限平衡理论,共同确定了区段煤柱宽度为25 m 是最佳设计。实际工程应用结果显示,
25 m区段煤柱有效维持了巷道的稳定性,煤柱横向位移量在合理范围,保证巷道稳定性的同时,间接提高了矿井
的经济效益,符合矿井生产需求。

Design of Section Coal Pillar Based on Breaking Characteristics of Key Blocks

Abstract: In order to quickly determine the width of the coal pillar in the section of the 42204 working face of Buertai
Coal Mine, the influence of different key blocks on the bearing characteristics of the coal pillar was analyzed by means of
numerical simulation, and combined with the limit equilibrium theory, the best design was determined that the width of
the coal pillar in the section was 25 m. The practical engineering application results show that the 25 m section coal pillar
effectively maintains the stability of the roadway, and the lateral displacement of the coal pillar is within a reasonable
range. While ensuring the stability of the roadway, it indirectly improves the economic benefits of the mine and meets the
production needs of the mine.
