阳泉市关闭煤矿资源再利用初步研究

摘要：关闭煤矿的资源合理再利用是践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”“保障能源安全”的有效途径。对阳泉市
2016 年去产能以来关闭的9 个煤矿进行了初步调查，同时收集了国内关闭矿山利用的成功案例，从剩余煤炭资
源、共伴生矿产、土地资源、地下空间等方面提出了利用建议，为阳泉市关闭煤矿资源再利用提供了参考依据，
对土地节约利用、资源型城市转型发展均具有借鉴意义。

Preliminary Study on Resource Reuse of Closed Coal Mines in Yangquan City

Abstract: Reasonably reusing the resources of closed coal mines is an effective way to practice the principle of "clear
waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver" and "ensuring energy security". A preliminary
investigation was conducted on the 9 coal mines closed in Yangquan City since 2016 when implemented cut overcapacity.
Successful cases of closed mines for reuse in China were collected, and utilization suggestions were proposed from the
aspects of remaining coal resources, co-associated minerals, land resources, and underground space, which provides a
reference basis for the reuse of resources in closed coal mines in Yangquan City, and has reference significance for land
conservation and the transformation and development of resource-based cities.
