皮带输送机综合保护系统研究

摘要：皮带输送机是煤矿井下重要的煤炭和矸石运输设备。为了应对皮带输送机运行过程中出现的故障，需要
建立皮带输送机综合保护系统。分析了皮带输送机综合保护系统的主要功能，包括运行状态监测、故障诊断和保
护、故障报警等，探讨了基于智能化技术的皮带输送机综合保护系统，可以为煤矿皮带输送机的保护提供一定的
借鉴。

Integrated Protection System for Belt Conveyors

Abstract: Belt conveyor is an important equipment for transporting coal and gangue underground in coal mines. In order
to deal with faults that occur during the operation of the belt conveyor, it is necessary to establish an integrated protection
system for the belt conveyor. This paper analyzed the main functions of the integrated protection system for belt conveyors,
including operation status monitoring, fault diagnosis and protection, fault alarm, etc. It explored the integrated protection
system for belt conveyors based on intelligent technology, which can provide some reference for the protection of coal
mine belt conveyors.
