新形势下焦化建设项目的环境影响评价要点

摘要： 根据焦化建设项目的行业特点，阐述了在环境保护问题日益得到重视、法律法规及规范标准日益严格的新形
势下，该类项目的环境影响评价要点，提出环评应在焦化项目的前期介入，并从产业政策、选址、污染源及防治措施、
区域环境质量、达标排放、环境风险等方面进行重点评价，从而为焦化项目的健康、有序发展提供良好的技术咨询服
务，也为今后的环境管理提供技术支持。

Abstract: In this paper, based on the coking industry characteristics of construction projects, the environmental impact assessment
main points of this project were expounded with the new situation that problems in the environmental protection were
becoming more and more important and the laws, regulations and standards were increasingly stringent. Early intervention in the
coking project was put forward, and the industrial policy, location, and prevention measures for pollution source, the regional
environmental quality, satisfying the key assessment and environmental risk should be evaluated. So that good technical advisory
services will be provided for the healthy and orderly development of coking projects and it will also provide technical support for
environmental management in the future.
