摘要： 介绍了化学品环境管理背景，分析山西省化学品生产使用行业情况，剖析了山西省化学品环境管理存在的主
要问题，从优化产业布局、强化政策法规建设、加大重点监管力度、推进危化品登记、有效控制特征污染物排放、加强
化学品风险防控能力建设六方面提出风险防控管理建议。

Advice on the Chemical Environment Risk Characteristics and the Prevention and Control
Management in Shanxi Province

Abstract: This paper introduced the background of chemical environmental management, analyzed the main industries of
chemical production and use in Shanxi Province, and the main problems in chemical environmental management, and put forward
proposals of risk prevention and control from 6 aspects, which are optimizing industrial layout, enhanced policies and regulations,
strengthening the supervision, promoting the hazardous chemicals registration, effective control of chemical pollutants emissions,
and enhanced chemical risk prevention capacity building.
